Service Learning/Work Study

Ruth Page Center for the Arts is always seeking dancers for our Work/Study program. If selected, work/study students are given the chance to take classes at Ruth Page in exchange for 6-8 hours of reception work per week. Opportunities to take classes and cultivate relationships with Ruth Page Center's In-Residence organizations, such as DanceWorks Chicago and Hedwig Dances, are also available. We are looking for reliable, punctual dancers with great organizational and customer service skills. Must be 17 years and older. Duties include signing in students, handling payments, answering phone calls, taking messages, fielding questions, and light cleaning and organizational projects. A minimum commitment of six months is requested.
